I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over two decades of experience working in the mental health field. I enjoy working with all populations, and I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other emotional and behavior disorders.
I believe through therapy we can learn about ourselves and apply new techniques to manage the stressors that plague our lives. We learn to take back the control we have lost and give ourselves a healthier internal dialogue. “There is hope, even when your brain tells you there isn’t.” John Green, author of A Fault in our Stars.
